˚⟡˖ Permitted Use: ⋆.˚ Assets may be used in public, personal, and commercial finished avatars or worlds.

˚⟡˖ Prohibited Actions: ⋆.˚ Do not leak, resell, trade, publish online, share with friends/partners, or redistribute any part of purchased assets, except as part of a completed model.

˚⟡˖ Credit Requirement: ⋆.˚ When listing avatars containing our assets, credit the specific product used with a link to the product page, not just the store homepage.

˚⟡˖ Edits: ⋆.˚ You may edit meshes or textures, but you cannot claim the edited asset as your own or sell textures unless stated otherwise. If there is a waternark or credit to onimori, you may not delete it.

˚⟡˖ Commission Use: ⋆.˚ Assets can be used in commissioned models, but both the customer and whom they commission both MUST purchase the asset.

˚⟡˖ Personal Use: ⋆.˚ Avatars purchased are for personal use only.

˚⟡˖ Gifting: ⋆.˚ When purchasing for someone else, use the gift function.

˚⟡˖ Prohibited Actions:

⋆.˚ Sharing packages (Unity, FBX, textures, or other assets) through messages, platforms, or any other method is strictly prohibited.

⋆.˚ Do not take assets from any model; purchase assets from the original source listed in the credits (some items may be custom and not available for purchase).

⋆.˚ Public uploads of avatars are not allowed. Even if your friend owns the avatar, we do not allow external uploads.

˚⟡˖ Commission Usage: ⋆.˚I do NOT permit my avatars to be used in a commission (e.g., uploading, Unity edits, Blender edits, VTuber conversions),

˚⟡˖ Ownership and Usage:

⋆.˚ Do not claim any avatar or asset as your own.

⋆.˚ Price splitting is not allowed.

˚⟡˖ Media Usage: ⋆.˚ If you upload images, photos, or videos featuring my avatars, please credit Onimori whenever possible. Do NOT gatekeep my avatars!
